Smart home technology is certainly a growing industry. But what if you could move into an apartment and have all the "smarts" already installed and ready to go? That is what IOTAS is achieving. They needed a walkthrough video to demonstrate the possibilities of your new smart apartment but also wanted a creative edge. My solution was to create an animated host to appear as if she is the smart technology herself always ready to help lock your door, turn up the heat, turn off the lights and more.
